Our company continues to acquire new technologies and improve its services.\u00a0Currently (August 2023) our hosting customers are being gradually migrated to a new server,<\/strong>\u00a0While this should be painless for the users themselves, the following details should be taken into account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n


1.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Write the new server NS settings to your domain (site name):\u00a0\u00a0
ns1.fastservers.ge<\/strong>
ns2.fastservers.ge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do we do this?<\/strong> Log in to your \u201caccount\u201d on the site where you registered your domain (where you pay for the domain), then go to the domain\u2019s DNS settings and replace the old record with the new one. Then be sure to log in to the same settings again and make sure the change was successful. After this procedure, the site will appear from the new server within a few hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have systematically transferred your site to the new server, however, if you notice any errors (which may rarely occur on specific sites), your programmer can adjust them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The old server will operate in parallel until 15.09.2023, so if you wish, you can also log in to the old hosting and make a backup version of your site. Login options are the same<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Log in to the new server:  https:\/\/server1.fastservers.ge:2083<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. <\/strong> If you use an online payment system on your site that depends on your IP address, then send your partner bank the new IP address of your site:  144.76.154.211<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.<\/strong>   When migrating to a new server, it is possible that emails received during the migration period (24 hours) will not be reflected on your new server, however, they are not lost and can still be viewed on the old server.
